Complaints and Returns

Our products will be shipped packed.
Unless otherwise noted, the price of the products includes the packaging.

Bath Online guarantees the operation and quality of the goods sold, under the legal terms, for two years from the date of invoice issuance. In order to apply the guarantee, it will be necessary, in any case, the acceptance of the defect by our technical services and the return of the detective products. The transportation and packaging cost arising from warrany service are the responsibilty of Bath Online.
Bath Online is not responsible even for the duration of the warranty, for any damages or malfunctions caused by the use of the equipment under other conditions or functions other than that to which the equipment is intended.

Complaints must be submitted within 8 working days immediately to the date of delivery.
If it is proved, after evaluation by our technical services, that the complaint is justified, Bath Online is only responsible for the repair or, in the last case, replacement by exchange, of the same product. If the complaint is unjustified and the material is ready to be marketed, customers have 8 working days to pick up the material from our warehouse after our communication.

All returns of products are subject to our prior acceptance.
Authorized returns may be deducted expenses with receipt, proof, inspection and devaluation to be agreed on a case-by-case basis with the client.
In no case will be accepted returns of:
• Sanitary ware of models and/or colors that do not date part of the current range;
• Hydromassage bathtubs and furniture.

The present conditions apply to the products included in the list of references, leaflets and promotional campaigns, unless othwerwised indicated.
In the event that the above conditions are not met, Bath Online reserves the right to take the measures deemed appropriate.

Bath Online expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of Seixal.
